One of our summer day trips was Lake Tobias. We saw lots of cool animals there. We saw swans in a lake first.

Next, we saw some rheas. They are related to emus and ostriches.

Then we saw a crocodile. After the crocodile, we saw some geese.

After the geese, we saw some fish in a stream and then some bears and tigers.

We also saw baboons, chimpanzees, lions, lots of birds, a lemur, some prairie dogs, a couple turkeys...

Then we went to an animal show. They talked about an alligator, a couple turtles, and a really sleepy sloth. We also saw BEAUTIFUL scarlet macaws. They were really pretty. We saw some small monkeys and my favorite animal.....SNAKES!
